Greetings! We hope that you are doing well and thriving at the present time!
We are pleased to announce that we will be holding the annual Dress-up and Tuning Motor Show “OSAKA AUTOMESSE 2012” over a period of three days from February 10th through 12th, 2012 at Osaka-Nanko’s INTEX Osaka. We hope that your organization will by all means cover this exciting event.
Thanks to your support, this year the OSAKA AUOTO MESSE will be celebrating its 16th year. All of us in the business office want to sincerely express our thanks for the help you have provided.
Obtaining a Press Pass
During the OSAKA AUTOMESSE exhibition, in order to smoothly expedite your reporting activities, we will be issuing press passes.
■ People Who Will Be Issued a Press Pass
Anyone who will produce articles, broadcast coverage, edited work, productions, or performances using the name “OSAKA AUTOMESSE” in the mass media such as broadcasting, newspapers or other publications, or on websites.
*Advertising agencies or public relations firms. People who work in the business or advertising account sections of publishing firms, newspapers, TV, or radio broadcasters will not be issued press passes. (People who handle the accounts of the exhibitors should obtain exhibitors’ passes).
■ Warning
- You may be asked to submit copies of your organization’s newspaper or magazine or program outline for screening.
- In some cases, after screening the issuance of a press pass may be denied.
- When the press pass is handed out, you may be asked to show identification.
- When you apply, you must also submit your business name card.
■ How To Apply
Information on press passes for the next exhibition is scheduled to be posted in January, 2013.
